NCP (National Car Parks) were investing in a new site that would better reflect their internal business structure and provide a single point of entry for their different customer types.
Because we were combining both B2C and B2B services within a single site, we had to base the design on the need to divide the audience into the appropriate channels in the most intuitive, non-intrusive way possible.
The solution we came up with was portal-based, with the homepage based upon expressing the size of the business and separating the two main audience types. .We then used interactive hubs to give more detail on the required services.
