KCI Medical International is a creator and supplier of specialist medical equipment throughout the globe. They have pioneered the creation of patient cranes, therapeutic beds and vacuum-assisted closer devices.

The company was still relatively young when we started to work for them, and their success based upon innovation. The new site needed to be adaptable to meet a range of requirements:

• The ongoing development of their products;
• Communicate and promote their existing work;
• Encourage active participation in research and development;
• Integrate e-commerce functionality; and
• Manage maintenance of the site across multiple countries and languages

In the early stages of winning the work, we developing a core site concept and mocked up any interactive features displaying the products functions and demonstrate the theoretic benefit.

I then built an interactive presentation to support this document, combining the ideas with interviews of key people within the agency.
