- Dwell-time increased 25%
- Brochure downloads tripled
- Car configured increased by a third
Working with Collective London and Honda UK I moved an early concept forwards into a fully developed prototype model. Following testing and refinement, pushed the concept through final design and development to achieve a unified product experience unique to the industry.
Designed tools enabling the user to:
- Filter the range
- Build and cost a car virtually
- Book a test-drive direct to dealer calendar
- Search for used-cars
- Quick-search the whole site
The result was a large-scale, flexible solution that can be easily expanded and support constantly evolving major marketing campaigns, utilising a unified user experience that challenged competitors in it’s market and made new technological advances.
On this project my role included:
- Managing the client directly on a daily basis at multiple levels (in conjunction with four other part-time project managers each working on their individual streams).
- Managing the art-direction of the site sections whilst working with the design team and Creative Director at Collective.
- Bringing in a front-end developer with whom I worked closely to produce and refine a prototype.
- Building up a close relationship with client and their in-house technical teams.
- Helping to devise the best technical solution for each required experience.
- Managing and documenting the handover process from Collective's outputs.
- Running usability workshops to teams of Designers and Project Managers.
