CEVA logistics are one of the worlds largest Contract Logistics and Freight Management companies. Working with the development agency Psycle, we were in charge of the planning and information architecture of the project. The output from our work was taken forward and used in a design completed by a 3rd party. Psycle completed the front-end development and handed over to the CEVA development team who then implemented it.

The core roles included in-depth customer segmentation research and service offering and business process study, through business owner interviews and discussion with customers. From here a core site objective was derived and appropriate supporting architecture proposed.

The final output consisted of annotated sitemaps & wireframes, explaining to a level of interaction detail the design, functional and build specification requirements.

Unfortunately our role on this project ended here. The design used below was the created by already appointed agency. But the core ideas remained, helping the client take the new global platform live with a revised and usable architecture.
