BACS own the infrastructure and technology for all type of electronic payments country-wide.

Every time money is processed it travels through the BACS systems, and they run the money processing services of Direct Debit, Direct Credit, and BACSTel-IP. The project was interesting because the brand of BACS is relatively unknown to most, and it’s services (namely Direct Debit) is very well known, but public recognition was not the aim of this site, but to allow access to businesses and those who use their services directly on a daily basis, and to promote the upgrade in electronic data network and security of the BACTel-IP service (credit card authorisation from retailers over a secure network, moving from telephone based systems, to the new Internet Protocol systems) – creating ticketing and processing system online to aid the migration.

Each brand was so independent that a separate colour scheme, illustration style, and photography library was used to give each tabbed area it’s own identity, illustrated below by these art-direction boards.
